Kapital International Investment is part of the Kapital Corporation, a family of companies which operates in five countries and encompasses businesses in a variety of sectors from real estate to aviation and pharmaceuticals, companies with interlocking business relationships and shareholdings.
Being a member of the Corporation, Kapital International Investment benefits from an international network of affiliated companies. The company provides International Real Estate services to our partner companies. Our sister company in Brazil is Kapital Nordeste Empreendimentos Imobiliarios Ltda who undertake real estate developments in the North East states of Ceara and Rio Grande do Norte.
Chairman of Kapital International Investment is Keith Punler (read Keith’s profile here). A member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Keith has over twenty years experience in the property sector.
The company employs both Brazilian and European staff in its two offices, one located in the UK and one in Fortaleza, Ceara.
